BREAKING THE INTERNET.

Hey Zengarmy,

I shouldn't be blogging right now because my exam is on next Monday.
But I did, because there's so much on my mind right now.
And I don't wanna waste it hahahahaha.

Let me just start this blog post by saying that :
" Hi, my name is Zeng Teck,
and I'm addicted to the Internet. "

Everybody loves Internet.
Nobody should deny that.
And if you hate Internet, you probably are an 138-year-old from Mars.
( YOU DON'T BELONG TO THE EARTH )
Hahaha chill I'm just kidding.

I'm recently having a love-hate relationship with the Internet.
I love Internet because it can get me an VIP access to almost every news in the world,
but part of me thinks that keeping up with the update of all of the social medias I own
IS A VERY DAUNTING, EXHAUSTING &
TIME-CONSUMING TASK TO DO.

If there's an introduction to my entire existence in human history,
I would say that : I live to create.
I love creating new stuff,
whether it's blog posts, YouTube videos,
Facebook statuses, tweets, Instagram pictures,
or even pins from Pinterest.
I love that feeling of able to create, to keep updated with the society,
and most importantly, to INSPIRE PEOPLE TO BE THEIR BEST VERSION.

However, I recently find that I seemed to own too many social medias,
and whenever I'm free & have nothing important to do,
I would start planning for my next blog post,
next YouTube video, next Facebook status,
next tweet, next Instagram picture, next pin on Pinterest,
and etcetera ......

That scares me quite a lot recently.
It's like the Internet is consuming me !!!
I don't like this kind of feeling,
NOT UNTIL I find out that the Internet is consuming me !!!

I NEED TO BREAK THE INTERNET.
WE ALL NEED TO BREAK IT AT SOME POINT.
( the "break" in this context is "take a break from" )

If you are an online creator,
which includes blogger, YouTuber, online shopkeeper,
OR BASICALLY ANYBODY THAT CONSTANTLY CREATES NEW THINGS ONLINE,
you need to realize that sometimes,
taking a break offline will increase your productivity further more.
It took me some time to fully realize that.
I used to think that if I don't pay enough attention to the Internet,
I will lose my creativity, my productivity, and my blog readers.

BUT THEN, THINKING FROM
A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW,
What's the point of ALL THE ATTENTION from the Internet?
What's the point of LOSING YOURSELF to the Internet?

Okay. Back to normal.
This blog post got a little too deep here hahaha.
What I'm trying to say here is that :
I still love creating stuff online,
but maybe I shouldn't grow too attached to the Internet.
I feel terrible. People still don't look up to online creators.
They think that it's not a "proper job" & is meant for people with less education.
That's what they think, but they don't know a shit about the rise of the Internet lately.
Tonnes of YouTubers have recently done BIG things out of their webcam & computer screens.
They published books, started their own TV shows, won awards,
& even went on YouTuber tour around the whole world.

AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT,
IT ALL STARTED WITH THEM TALKING TO THEIR CAMERAS
AND MAKING YOUTUBE VIDEOS.

People will soon start to realize that the online force is a BIG force that can't be ignored.
You might say that : " Wake up kid, NOT everybody is THAT lucky. "
But who knows? You might be the next one, the next YouTube stars.

It feels great to be able to write out my mind, hahaha.
I should probably head back to my revision right now, oops.
And I will see you after my WHOLE FINAL EXAM ends,
which is on 21 May 2015. (about 2 weeks from now)
I will probably not be blogging during these few weeks,
so stay tuned to my social medias if you wish to keep up-to-date with me ;)
