In my opinion,

OK, I have to admit that this look is VERY ADVENTUROUS + AUDACIOUS hahahah!
But it looks perfect if you're going for a party or something crazy.
You know, sometimes you need some crazy outfit to be noticed LOLZ.
This style is actually the combination of chef + sailor,
it undeniably injects a spark of youth into yourself haha.

Just put on the red checkered sleeve ( not necessarily red ) on your neck,
like the way you put on your jackets when you're not wearing them.
I know that not many of you would actually try that,
BUT I WOULD hahahahah.
